County Ground Track,
Speed sessions on track, £3.00 for members/£4.00 non-members.
Various sessions like 17 x 300m, 14 x 400m, 11 x 500m, 6 x 800m, etc....
Starts at 6.35pm'ish, be there before and warm up........

Sessions for the young ones from 16 downwards. Younger group starting athletics. Teenage middle distance group with sessions based around 3-3.5k with wide abilities, sprint groups also on offer. Session begins at 6:30 and incorperates a warm up.
