Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Great fast pb course, looking for something good this year :) **update** new pb despite the wind (43:52 watch time as the results aren't out yet)
Mr_SJ
enjoyed this one, just used it as a training run after 3 week injury lay off but great course and good turn out
Oven Gloves
Added the race route. It's two laps.
RobK
Enjoyed that one.. flat and fast course.. definately the one to chase any pb's .. will be back next year.
Jenson
That's my watch time. Really struggled - well felt like it. 3-5 and 8-10k are a lush, steady downhill and didn't capitalise. Breezy bits were tough but enjoyed the course. Will go back. Match was great in the pub after too! I took an Aussie colleague with me and he was disappointed - where was the promised BBQ?!
bigal
nice race, bit windy in places...only 16 secs off a new pb ,but thats down to lack of training as no time lately...won an adidas backpack at end of race so that was a bonus...
ebox
Did this last year. Mostly flat rural two lap. Not too busy
RununMan
Will use as a training run for Edin Mara.
Deejay
Had to do this one because it passes my front door, twice. Results are up on the NS Poly site. A PB by a massive 8 seconds, that was a surprise!
Grey Badger
Not a bad run, probably the flattest race route i've ran on. Twice around a 5k loop. As usual i ran the first loop 30sec faster than the 2nd. I will have to sort that out. Quite pleased with the time as i haven't done any speed work for a long while. Got 2nd in the m45 category.
Skylonsthelimit
happy wanted 41.00, noticble headwind in parts and felt tired off Sunday
