Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

This is meant to be a relaxed 5 miles, not a RACE, there are no awards for the Mob Match & it's a week after the toughest race in the Cornish Grand Prix, the Cornish Marathon!! AFTER the run it's the GRAND PRIX AWARDS presentation for the whole year ... ***This is not a good time of year for me ... I always seem to lack motivation from late Oct ... until the first day of January ... *** The only 5 mile race in Cornwall where I could get a PB, is Cubert, in early June, but that usually falls 3 days after the Ultra M, Dartmoor Discovery, when I'm seriously knackered ...!!!!! DON'T BET (although I might be daft enough to, as IN THEORY, IF I FEEL like it ...) but then I think the course has changed ?? to a little toughie?

In spite of some quality rest - the Cornish Marathon last Sunday took the edge of my performance!
