Run & train for 3 times per week in work gym. Have been doing this for some years now and aim for 30-35 minutes each time, so enough to keep the Grim Reaper at bay! Sometimes run in the evenings and weekends around Wokingham on a 3 mile course which I can do in around 25 minutes, or a good day a little less. So, not a manic runner but I enjoy the feeling of remaining reasonably in shape which helps me cope with modern life.
