About Me

Achieved my highest ever mileage in 2016 despite two injuries towards end of year (back and left knee) which meant more or less no running for about 6 months. Building fitness back up since Apr'17 now on target for 400 miles this year and have several races lined up for first 6 months of 2018 including a 24hr event.
