About Me

Been running since 2009 and ran my first marathon in 2010. Now run 20 Running keeps me fit and trimmer than I otherwise would be. Suffer with calf problems but keep going regardless. Helps with stress, fitness, social, achievement and makes you feel good about yourself-keep on running!!
