About Me
Started doing any type of exercise about 2 years ago when I joined BMF (British Military Fitness). Managed to lose over 2 stone and felt so much better for it! After doing a few BMF cross country runs and Coventry half marathon, I decided to join Spa Striders in the summer of 2009. Currently training for the 2010 VLM marathon which I'm really worried about! First wanted to get a 3.45 time but now thinking that 4 hours is more realistic! The main thing though, is just to finish it and enjoy it! If I finish under 5 hours then it will be a PB!
