About Me
Since hating cross-country at school I have gradually learnt to love running over the intervening 20 odd years. I now run regularly (though always struggle to fit in as much as I would like amongst children, lifeboating, working, husbanding and being a school governor).
I am a participant and never a competitor in races and am regularly overtaken by mums pushing prams!
