About Me

Started running just over a year ago in preparation for R4L, had the bug ever since, even managed to run a 10k last year, which I never thought I'd see. Want to keep at this running malarky and try and improve my time.

Current Status

Having had terrible 5k at the Plean Big Fun Run I want to improve my time. Now aiming to run three times a week; short quick run, hill run and LSR. Plus trying to do some cross training in between.
