How lucky i was to break my ankle in December 2008, whilst i didnt think so at the time and the slow recovery had me going insane. My persistent nagging at my GP for a sacn lead to a lucky discovery, the scan also showed up some growths that were diagnosed as malignent tumours. I am now on a break from treatment and have been told i can resume exercise slowly and build up.
