About Me
Well I am now 30 and realised I registered 2 years ago!! looking at my old profile below, which I might keep there as an incentive as I have now piled back on the 2 stone I lost stopped running etc.... WHAT A MESS... I am now back on the race track (so to speak). I have started the 1 min run and 2 min walk and now decreased my walk to 1 & 1/2 but I am only running on grass as I have a lot of weight to shift and my joints just don't like the impact!!! Anyway, feeling quite motivated now and will restart my logging as from tomorrow when I run in the morning...

I am 28 and have started to try and get back into shape after having my daughter in Jan 06. Now I have lost 2 stone (so far) I feel I need to increase my activity. I do an aerobics class once a week but really enjoy the 'running' so I have set myself a challenge to run every weekend. Next year I would like to run the race for life at Weston Super Mare and then go onto 'bigger' things!!! Watch this space!!!!! Obviously I am running slow at the mo but I find this comfortable at present as I still need to lose a few more stones...
