Been running since November 2006. Enjoy running as it gives me time to think things through without being disturbed. Have completed numerous 10km and two half marathons. Also finished the loch ness marathon is 4hr 29m in October 2009.
Back again from June 2014 - following injury, illness and other personal stuff.
Taking it slowly - jogging 5k at a time. slowly building speed and distance. Mostly on treadmill but also on smaller road runs aswell.
