Best performance in tropical conditions ever. Brutal temp at 30 C at 07:25, sunny, humidity 65%.
Took easy for 6K and within 30 mins, then cranked up last 4K in overtaking mode on flats, hill climbs and descents. 3K pace last 1K.......feeling good. Official time now updated 18th Oct.
