JW time, a lot easier this year, still had to walk from 22 or so which was disappointing, poss due to Plum dragging me along with two others to the first checkpoint. On my own to CP2 fairly ok and then the struggle started. Knee problems after 29 going down the stairs on the last bridge. 30 minute pb which is good, 15th, 1st Pirate
