Major problem with the Garmin 235 GPS trace again. It missed the first 2 miles and the trace at the end of the first mile on the map was way off, although for the rest of the run it was fairly accurate. Ignore the mile times of this entry, they are very wrong.
It is a good job I had taken the Garmin 310XT as a back up - see that entry for the real route and times. I stopped the 235 at the same time the 310XT registered 10 miles, so that shows how much the 235 was out.
I have kept this entry for the cadence chart, as well as recording the 235 problems.
