This was lovely. I took it easy from start to end and paced round a young lass called Alice who had won the previous day's 50k. We jogged round together and won today's 50k!

Apart from a couple of dodgy patches at 18 & 28 miles, I was feeling fresh all the way and could have gone round for another lap.
