Ok, that was odd. Was going for the 6 minute assessment but gave up. Why? A couple of possible reasons. I really wasn't feeling it - guess I should have pushed through it - and there were some stomach issues emerging.

As it turns out, the bit that I did wasn't actually any pace at all! Bit disappointing!
