Another Fetchpoint run. Quite warm even at 8am.

I allowed the HR to drift a little higher than the usual 110 to prepare myself for the end of my 4 weeks abstinence from strenuous exercise in a few days time. After that it will be a gradual increase.

At one point I thought this run would end up as 7 miles (too far :-() but it was 6 :-).
