Notes & Comments

Andover parkrun 199/212

Well, I wasn't going to rush. Not that I could, after last weekend. We are still on the winter course even though it appears that the work on the paths is finished. The grassy bits are now getting significantly sloppy.

It took around 5km for me to loosen up at the start of last weekend's marathon, which would have been the entire run today, so I thought it would be wise to put in a couple of laps of the running track beforehand. Not that it appeared to work much :-)

It was good to get out and get the legs moving again though I am as stiff as a board now. Tomorrow's L2SOTM is likely to be quite, er, interesting.
