Back on the early runs

No adverse reaction from parkrun, a rest day yesterday...seemed like a good time to get an early run in to start the week. Ignored pace and kept an eye on HR. As always it feels like a long way back, but I feel like I've finally got a chance of completing the journey without setbacks.
