Helensburgh 10k
Disaster, my right glute started getting painful approx 2.5m in causing me to stop and stretch, I should have stopped!!! Pain getting worse as race went on, stretch stops got more frequent, pain over last 0.5m was 8/10 easily, should have stopped!!!!

Could not go for a warm down, pain starting to hit my lower back, limping and swearing a lot.
Did have a few words with happytimes and smout at the end.
1 hour in the car to get home sent everything into spasm resulting in it taking me 30 minutes to hobble from the car to the front door (15 feet) I am officially fecked.
