RADCLIFFE MULTI-TERRAIN 10K. Bit of a pants run, really felt terrible and disappointed with speed. Perhaps ran first mile way too quick. After that, according to the Garmin I was barely managing 8.45s on the flat bits. Not a great confidence boost - overall pace for this only slightly faster than target MP. Admittedly this run had hills (all runnable except the flight of steps), mud, cobbles, steps and gates and cycle stiles, but would have liked to have been nearer 8.30s. Baaaaa. Positioning not as good as recently either: Overall 205/275, F39/78, F40 8/15
