Gruesome Twosome (with Phil).

Great event well marshalled and pretty scenic. Course was a lot less gruesome than I'd envisaged - all very runnable and a fair bit of road - (which I'd not planned for with minimal trail shoes so calves suffered a bit). Felt strong all the way round could have pushed on a bit over the last couple of miles but Phil was struggling.
