Well done, great run, gave Daftlad a good arse kicking today....
disappointed with miles 3 and 4 - lost my motivation and confidence a bit when I was struggling - to be fair - pre race prep for Daftlad was not ideal
wouldn't be too disappointed, those were harder miles, you picked it up again for mile 5 so that's a big positive....
ty - am really wanting to do a good run for the Race for Life so any advice would be appreciated
