Hinstock 10k race
Weather conditions perfect. Mixed surface that wasnt ideal for me. Quite a lot of farm tracks with loose stones with uneven footing. Incline at finish. Legs dont feel like they have been in a race, however HR was way high just like Ellesmere 10k. Out of breath at end so fitness more of an issue than physical.Started too far at the back as must have overtaken 20 odd people throughout run. Oh well, still improved PB by 3 mins 8 secs on a harder course in just a month so must look at the positives.
