Goring, Woodcote & District Lions 10K. Fast, downhill start (2K@ 7:00, 5K @ 17:55). Very hard second half, with 2 big hills. The final hill was continuous from 7K to near the finish - the toughest hill I have ever faced in any race! Exhausting, but delighted to win V50! Time irrelevant on such a course.
