Notes & Comments

Wombourne Half Marathon - hot and very "undulating"

Ran initially with Dave Long and then was joined by mac and gary w. Dave shot off about halfway and dropped Gary and Mac at about 10 miles before mac overtook me again and although I was catching him all the way to the line, I couldn't quite get to him. Good steady run in tough conditions and course though and finished feeling nice and fresh so more to come I'm sure.
