This means;

Marathon; 3:02:48 - best time pre 2011 = 3:09:34 (6 min 46 secs to find) *Update 3:04:41 17/04/11* (still 1 min 53 secs to find)
Half; 1:25:13 - best time pre 2011 = 1:34:00 (8 min 47 secs to find)
10 Mile; 1:02:32 - best time pre 2011 = 1:06:16 (3 min 44 secs to find)
10k; 0:38:16 - best time pre 2011 = 0:39:16 (1 min to find) *Update 38:42 12/06/11* (still 26 secs to find)
5m; 0:29:37 - best time pre 2011 = 0:31:54 (2 min 17 secs to find) *Update 0:29:50 27/02/11* (still 13 secs to find!)
5k; 0:18:02 - best time pre 2011 = 0:19:02 (1 min to find) *Update 18:04 29/01/11* (still 2 secs to find!)
1m; 0:05:10 - best time pre 2011 = 0:05:34 (24 secs to find)
