w4 13st 6lb. Intention was to go slow and because of the beautiful weather there were 1000 runners entered and I was in a pack of them upto about mile 3 (25 mins for the first 3m, so it was slow!), but after the hill at mile 4 that took the sting out of most runners and there was more space. Ankle and calf felt OK, so slowly opened the legs up and in the end the time was pretty respectable - more pleasing still, no niggles from the the legs!
