3x 8 reps: bridge, step, squat.

Did this after using massage gun for 10 mins on outside of right thigh. Had felt a slight tightness below my arse when out walking after the bike ride. Site of the original strain now feels fine, so will need to keep an eye on this other one, though it felt a lot better after using the massage gun on it.
