Notes & Comments

Programme asked for a 90 minute run, so that's what I did. From home into Tod picking up the new turfs, to meet Lou for a tea and pancakes at Park End Cafe. Really didn't feel great. Also, very stiff neck which improved while running, but generally making me feel shit on top of everything else.
