Buggeration! Felt right calf a tiny bit after 20 miler but not much. OK in gym in Monday. Then Tues easy run 1 mile in, ouch. And that was it 2 miles back and sore at night. Wed off completely but today same. So, what to do? Bag of peas? Or strength and run through it. Or total rest for 3 plus weeks? Typical cos had signed up for 10K at weekend too. That probably caused it! ;-) :-) G
