Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Notes & Comments

Oxon and Bucks Midweek Open 200m. I was still feeling a little dizzy and quite tired from my 800m (just 30 minutes earlier!) so reasonably happy to run 27.15 (not quite a sub 27 but not far off). I had a very slow start and tensed up a lot at the end as I tired - but I still won the race and beat all the sprinters! (I was in heat 2, the second fastest heat). Also, my right hip flexor was feeling tight and fatigued, so I was a little worried about how that would cope with a flat-out sprint - luckily it was OK but I think I subconsciously started slower to protect it.
