1 ieri non sceso meglio ma oggi si va e sto anche un po meglio del solito
2 sara il giorno di riposo e o l effetto delle scarpe che ti aiutano cmq Fran va piano
3 e per me รจ buon perche cerco di tenere la sua vista fatto giro poi con salite ma alla fine 12 usciti e bene si rivede una media sotto al 5 da tempo
