Training 17: 4x 5 min goal pace reps
This was a bad idea. I shouldn't run in the afternoon when it's warm. HR shot up after 40 minutes and wouldn't come down unless I walked. Happy with the goal pace uphill and partially on gravel. Need to do this session again on a better course or even on track
