As I feel like I experienced last summer, legs definitely didn't feel great after being on my feet for the previous 7-8 hours but at the same time they felt like they were ready to go and after a few minutes felt fine. Was fun to be zooming around the old north end, as even running like 7 min pace feels like zooming in the dark. Really haven't done many night runs at all this summer and this will be the last one, but they are fun for sure. Strides felt really good & fast, may have just been the darkness making me feel fast but my form did feel really smooth on them too.
