On own; :-) so difficult to get that forst mile paced right, Normally Steven paces the first 1.7m and me the last 1.4m as I am inclined to go off too fase. Today as always I went off too fast and ten overcompensated adn was down on pace at a half mile :-( Took me into the second mile to get it steady ad right.
