Extra session. Supposed to be an easy row just to keep ticking over. Calf okay. Concentrated on keeping stroke length in the 1.20-1.30m band (it crept over a few times) and s/r around 22 so I was breathing more heavily. First 5 mins unstrapped. Second 5 mins included about 30s of faffing to get straps back on and fleece off.
