So it turns out I can actually remember how to run. Work has really got in the way the last couple of weeks, with long day trips to Manchester and Nottingham, plus doing other stuff at the weekend, and generally feeling a whole load of niggles. But tonight all was (relatively) fine. Away in Manchester, but hotels all full, so stayed further out in Chorley. Tonight's run had parkland, waist high grass, rivers, woodland, horses, cows, footpaths where footpaths shouldn't have been, no footpaths where footpaths should have been, canal towpath, sheep etc. etc.
