Entering this a few days later but I remember quite enjoying this little run... the aim was to ensure that if I do 10 the next day I can make my 125m target for the month. 3:3 breathing but with a bit of speed too. 4.5m doesn't seem too far to be daunting so it was easy. Noticed that I not suffering the general tightness in the lower legs that plagued me so much on occasion this time last year, which is great.
