C25K, W2 D1, 7 x 90s run with 2 min recovery walk. Went along the Barway footpath but not the best route. A couple of the reps got interrupted by cattle grids and cyclists and I could feel the unevenness of the path in my SI joints. Otherwise coped with the increased rep length and kept pace below 9mm, so gait was comfortable.
