So I am starting to deadlift. A 20kg kettlebell. It's all about technique
Dumbell Romanian deadlift 4 x 8 with 5,7,7,9kg per hand
Dumbell overhaed press 4x10 with 4kg per hand
Barbell bent over row 3x8 with 10kg
kettlebell deadlift 3x10 with 12, 16, 20 kg
Glute bridges 3 x10 (bodyweight)
Front raise 3x8 with 2 kg per hand
dumbell pull over 3x8 with 5kg
