Notes & Comments

This was horrible and confirmation that my test this week to see if I am fit enough to run this weekend's Cakeathon has failed.

The pain has moved from my ribs to my chest and from the off, this was a painful and miserable run.

I don't really know how I managed to get through to 5 miles. I couldn't breathe and my chest was killing me and my ribs kicked in after 3 miles. It wasn't quite agony, but it weren't far off.

I will now take some time out for a few days and will not resume until I can breathe properly. Right now, I can't take a deep breath because the ribs won't allow me to, but I'll rest up and hopefully be back in time to get ready for the Pick n Mix, which is in 16 days' time.
