Another one done! Putting music on definitely helps; who'd have thought a million gyms all over the world couldn't be wrong?
Curls: 10/10/10 @ 6.5kg each side.
3 sets of 40 simple crunches to space sets.
Narrow presses: 8/8/7 @ 24.5kg.
3 sets of (2x30) side kettlebell doodahs to space sets.
Wide presses: 10/10/10 @ 23kg.
3 sets of 15 squats with 2kg dumbbells to space sets.
No more squats before Saturday unless I'm DOMS-free.
