Notes & Comments
Rannoch Marathon - went pretty well. Steady pace until about 20, then started to suffer a bit, took a HotShot to ward off quad cramps, but still lost some time in 24 & 25 especially. Pleased that I managed to re-gather and push on for 26 to end.
Weather was horrific as we were waiting in the cars - really windy, and sky really black, but during the run the wind never felt that bad and there was no real rain, just a few light showers.
No intermediate timing mats, but roughly 95:30 to halfway and 97:20 on the return.
