Notes & Comments
Vale of Leven 10k and a vast improvement from last year. Ran without the Garmin as a trial to see what kind of time I could do without constantly checking the pace. It didn't feel as if I was running particularly fast, so very pleased with time. Slowed on the climb through Balloch Park near the start, but then it was downhill and the remainder pretty flat. Got a stitch for a bit around 7km and felt the stomach starting to churn, slowed down and it passed, but didn't really get the speed up after that, although I managed a sprint finish. Only around 30 secs off pb.
