Cannock Chase parkrun # 6 (parkrun # 74)

A take-it-steady, HR-focussed parkrun ending with a mad scramble to bring it in under 30 mins. I'm not proud of the fact that I ran a sub-30 on the back of a week of little training, not enough sleep and too much red wine - but it does remind me that I could be capable of so much more if I put my mind to it!
