Ashby20!!!

I felt this route had more downhills than uphills, not sure if this correct or not. Me and Mark started together and a lady from Eye (not sure on her name) Mark used the loo in mile 6 so i was on my own and i think he caught me up in mile 8.

I had to de layer in mile 11 as i was hot from the start and enough was enough, it was quite funny trying to take a long sleeve top off from underneath my vest whilst running.

I had to leave mark in mile 16 as he needed to walk due to his hips so i was on my own, until the end of mile 18 where Martin meet me and gave me lots of motivation to the end, he said i looked great, but i didn't feel it! He also informed me that the hoody was purple, so that was it i was off! It was all worth it for that lovely purple hoody!!! :) :)
