Reading parkrun (3rd)

Still feeling Thursday's tempo run in my legs today but not so much as to severely hamper my run. Tried for a sub-18 but my legs weren't up for it so settled into a good comfy pace and enjoyed the run.

May need to switch back to trail shoes soon as it's getting a bit too slippery for my sandals.
