Swithland 6 race
Hd a few beers last night so took this as a training run and aimed to get 40-42 mins. Took 3 miles to sweat the beers out and then beastmode kicked in and started to chase sub 40.
Great scenic course with some challenging hills so would reccommend this to other WJ's and running friends
